Fremont Adventure Recreation is proud and excited to announce the second annual Royal 50 / Gorgeous 25 Mountain Bike Races. This epic ride, which will take place on the newest jewel in Cañon City's crown - the Royal Gorge Park Trails - takes you across singletrack trails that offer flowy fun and technical challenges. Choose 50-mile or 25-mile course distances.
New this year - join us for the innaugural Point Alta Vista Trail Races! Choose the 5K or half-marathon course, which will utilize the same trail system as the mountain bike races, and will send runners over the historic Point Alta Vista train trestles. 7-9 pm - Music by Dillon Finn and campfire at Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort
7:30 pm - Course Closes for Gorgeous 25

6:30 am - Packet pickup at Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort
8:00 am - Royal 50 MTB Race START
12:00 pm - Food and drink sales begin
12:00 pm - Cutoff (Royal 50 racers must begin 2nd lap)
2:00 pm - Course closes for Royal 50
5:00 pm - Point Alta Vista 5K Trail Run START
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Live Music and campfire at Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort
The Royal Gorge Park Trails are located just outside of Cañon City, Colorado. The festival host will be the Royal Gorge Ranch & Resort, which offers direct access to trails.
